It's that time of year again. Time to register for the Southern Rodmakers Gathering. If you're planning to join us this year, you'll need to register by October 6th so we can plan for meals.
The gathering will be Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday October 16, 17, and 18. The registration fee will be $60 again this year. That includes the cost of dinner Thursday evening, lunch and dinner Friday, and lunch on Saturday.
The fee is $60 whether you're coming for two hours or three days. The main reason for that is security. There will be lots of rods on the casting yard. We do all we can to keep a rod from being carried off. Everyone must be registered to attend the gathering and wear a name tag.
Bill Armon has been working on the schedule. He says it's almost complete. We will post the schedule here when it's ready to publish.
We will post a list of attendees here as the registration forms start arriving. Check back often to see who's coming and look for announcements if there are any.

There are two versions of the registration form posted on Google Drive that you can print and fill out or fill out and print. Take your pick. If you have trouble with the on-line forms, send me an e-mail and I'll e-mail a PDF or Word document to you directly or I'll fax a form to you.
When you open the form from the following links you will probably have to click "File", and then "Download", and then "Open With Adobe Reader" from the Google Drive reader. The fillers don't appear to work and the form may not print properly in the Google Drive reader.
